Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Short version: we collect what Sage needs to run your training and nothing else. No ads, no trackers, no selling your data to anyone. You can delete everything from inside the app in two taps.
Who we are
Sage is a brain training app made by Propify App LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
What we collect
Only these things:
- Your email address — only if you create an account. Your password is stored encrypted by our login provider; we never see it.
- Your onboarding answers — the goals and skills you picked during setup, plus optional details like gender and education. These shape which games we recommend. You can skip questions.
- Your gameplay — scores, accuracy, how long you played, difficulty levels, streaks, and Brain Age Test results. This is what powers your stats and progress screens.
- Your subscription status — whether you're on a free trial, are subscribed, or aren't. This is what tells the app to unlock your training. Apple processes the payment itself and only tells us whether the subscription is active.
What we do not collect
- No location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts. The app never asks.
- No advertising identifier. Sage has no ads.
- No third-party trackers or analytics tools.
- No payment details. Sage is a paid subscription, but Apple handles the billing — your card never touches our servers and we never see it.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
To run the app, and only to run the app: pick games suited to you, show your stats and streaks, adjust difficulty as you improve, and sync your progress if you sign in on another device.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
Two companies handle data on our behalf, and only on our behalf:
- Supabase — our database and login system. They store your account and progress so we can run Sage.
- Superwall — runs our subscription screen and keeps track of whether your subscription is active. It receives your account ID so it can match your subscription to you. It does not receive your email or your onboarding answers.
Apple also processes your purchase when you subscribe, under Apple's own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Where your data lives
Most of it stays on your phone. Sage works offline and saves your progress locally first, then copies it to our servers so you don't lose it if you change phones.
Notifications
If you turn on daily reminders, they're scheduled by your own phone. Nothing is sent from our servers, and we don't know whether you tapped one. You can turn reminders off any time in your phone's Settings.
Deleting your data
Open Sage, go to Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. That permanently deletes your account, all your progress on our servers, and everything cached on your phone. It happens right away and it can't be undone.
Signing out or deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account.
Children
Sage isn't designed for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it. The in-app delete covers deletion instantly; for anything else, email us and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app.
