Short version: Sage is a brain training game, not a doctor. Play fair, don't break it, and your progress is yours to delete whenever you want.
Agreeing to these terms
By using Sage, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You need to be at least 13 years old to use Sage.
What Sage is
Sage is a brain training app made by Propify App LLC. It offers games across memory, focus, logic, speed, and language, plus a Brain Age Test that estimates a score from your reaction time and accuracy.
Sage is not medical advice
Please read this part. Sage is for entertainment and general mental exercise. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a treatment.
Your "Brain Age" score is a game score based on how fast and accurately you tap — it is not a medical assessment of your brain, your health, or your risk of any condition. Nothing in Sage can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including cognitive decline or dementia.
We make no promise that playing will improve your memory, focus, or performance in real life. If you're worried about your memory or thinking, please talk to a doctor — not an app.
Your account
Sage needs an account. You create one with an email and password. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Using Sage fairly
Please don't:
- Break into, disrupt, or overload the app or our servers.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its games.
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you may.
- Use bots or scripts to fake scores or progress.
- Use Sage for anything illegal.
What belongs to us
Sage, its games, artwork, Sagey the mascot, and its name are owned by Propify App LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own training. That's it — nothing here gives you ownership of it.
Your progress belongs to you
Your scores and stats are yours. Delete them any time in Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
Subscriptions and billing
Sage is a paid auto-renewing subscription. The exact price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, and they depend on your plan and your country.
- Free trial. Some plans start with a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription automatically.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews itself at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again on each renewal.
- Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings, not in Sage. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds. Apple handles billing and refunds. We can't issue a refund ourselves — request one through Apple.
If any unused part of a free trial is left when you buy a subscription, that unused part is forfeited.
Changes and availability
We may add, change, or remove games and features, and the app may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date at the top and note meaningful changes in the app. Continuing to use Sage after a change means you accept it.
No warranties
Sage is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost — please don't treat Sage as your only copy of anything important.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Propify App LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sage. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Sage in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using Sage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or uses the app in a way that harms others.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Sage. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If Sage fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the extent the law allows, that refund is Apple's only obligation to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Propify App LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
